Willie Isaac Jenkins Jr.

Warrenville SC –        Willie Isaac Jenkins Jr., 36, loving son of Elizabeth Cooper Jenkins and the late Willie Isaac Jenkins Sr., entered into eternity Saturday, February 26, 2022.  Services to celebrate his life will be held in the James Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. Sunday afternoon, March 6, 2022, with Kenneth Hannah officiating.

Because of the family’s respect and concern for public health and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed.  The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged during any gathering.

Willie grew up in the Wrens-Matthews area and was affectionately known by his family and friends as “Cruze”.  Willie was educated through the Jefferson County School System and started his work career at Premier Landscaping.  Later, he spent time in Atlanta GA, working for Davis Hardware and, prior to his passing, he had started his own Lawncare Maintenance Business in Warrenville SC.  While Willie enjoyed sports and tearing up/fixing on cars, his real passion was making his own rap music.  Described as a people-person”, he enjoyed meeting new people and entertaining them with his out-going personality.  He will be remembered for his kind heart towards others who were in need.

Willie was also preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Luella C. Beasley and paternal grandfather, Willie James Jenkins. Others left to cherish his memory include his three children, Zachariah Jenkins, Valia Jenkins and Kimani Jenkins; mother, Elizabeth Jenkins; five siblings, Riccardo Jenkins (Tamika), Germekia Wesley (Ramone), Tomorris Jenkins, Brandon Jenkins, and Chiquita Richardson; maternal grandfather, William Beasley; paternal grandmother, Mary Jenkins; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at James Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 P.M. Saturday     evening, March 5, 2022.
