There's just one road to travel;
It is paved by God's own Hand.
It leads to life eternal
and it touches every land.
No byways and no side lanes;
No detours along the way.
The travelers will reach their goal
Where peace shall always stay.
The road is straight and narrow,
But shines with heavenly light.
Such a joyous way to travel,
Safe through day and night.
There is no charge to enter,
Admission is always free,
For Jesus paid for everyone
On the cross at Calvary.
